I understand both the production floor and the systems behind it.

I’m a Senior IT Engineer with more than 13 years of manufacturing IT experience. Before moving into technology, I spent eight years in long-length machining, including four years as department lead.

Machining foundation

Hands-on production work taught me how downtime, usability, documentation, and communication affect real output—not just technical metrics.

Infrastructure leadership

I implemented ShopTech E2 and managed servers, endpoints, networks, storage, Microsoft 365, ERP/PDM, security, and user support in an aviation-aerospace environment.

Practical AI direction

I’m extending that experience into AI enablement: cited knowledge tools, human-reviewed automation, secure adoption, and workflows designed for operational accountability.
